With over 13 years of experience in professional Human Resource Management, I've had a well-rounded career in HR, Employment, and Training. I have significant practical knowledge of Irish employment law and international experience in HR, People Management, and HR best practices.

I've gained extensive experience in employee relations, people development, and project management with the ability to simplify the most complex issues. I've also contributed to a number of key global HR, Training, and HRIS projects while leading the day-to-day activities of a busy HR department.
